Another CDC-backed report revealed that children living in homes built before 1978—when lead-based paint was still legal—are significantly more likely to test positive for elevated blood lead levels.

Even before launching our own firm, our team was already deeply involved in Lancaster. While subcontracting for Ecolanco in late 2024, we successfully completed over 80 lead abatement projects in the city—each one executed with attention to detail, safety, and efficiency.
Since becoming a certified lead abatement contractor in early 2025, we’ve continued this work directly, now partnering with the City of Lancaster to make homes safer for children and families.
