Adam Contracting LLC was born from experience, grit, and a drive to do things right. In late 2024, we began subcontracting for a company called Ecolanco, specializing in lead abatement. Over just five months, our team completed an incredible 87 lead abatement jobs—on time, on budget, and with unmatched attention to detail.
After proving what we were capable of, we took the leap. In January 2025, we officially launched Adam Contracting LLC as a certified lead abatement firm, ready to bring our skills directly to the communities that need them most.
Since then, we’ve proudly worked with the City of Lancaster, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County, and other property owners across Pennsylvania. Our reputation for quality work, fast turnaround, and a clean, safe job site continues to open new doors—and we’re just getting started.
We’re now focused on growing our reach, building our team, and expanding our services—all while staying true to our mission: protecting families and delivering construction work we’re proud to stand behind.
